Key Responsibilities

• Develop business processes that use automation, are rooted in the operations of the other departments, and linked to the review and recording of transactions in the BIR-registered accounting software.
• Lead policy and process documentation development, updates, and roll-out.
• Monitor and report daily/weekly cash flow and net burn, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely updates to CFO and ExBoard.
• Lead Finance & Accounting operations, ensure compliance, and manage systems integration.
• Supervise SAM and Jr. ACS to ensure deadlines and accuracy in reporting.
• Ensure tax compliance by reviewing and approving eFPS filings and BIR submissions.
• Approve operational fund transfers within designated limits.
• Represent F&A in monthly ExBoard, weekly Sales & Operations, and other key management meetings.
• Provide debriefings to the CFO on issues and resolutions.

Qualifications

1. Certified Public Accountant, Bachelor’s in Accountancy or Finance
2. 12–15 years experience (3+ in managerial role)
3. Strong in PFRS, BIR compliance, and ERP (Odoo preferred)
4. Excellent in financial analysis, reporting, and leadership
5. Dinalupihan, Bataan (On-site, with travel as needed)
