JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Accounting/ Finance/Business Management.
• at least 2 years work experience on Finance Admin & Reporting
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
• With experience in Excel formula is a plus
• Amenable to work in Taguig - Hybrid Set-up
• Amenable to midshift schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools
• Facilitate the alignment of the project portfolio with the business strategy and objectives
• Subject Matter Expert in area of work
• Document, update and store OPMs or work instructions in respective sites
• Perform duties as documented in the OPMs/work instructions
