Description
- Maintains accurate and complete records of all financial transactions
- Prepares checks, fund transfers and check/ fund transfer vouchers
- Reviews reimbursement and liquidation requests and endorses these for fund release, as needed
- Reviews requests for payment, endorses for approval and releases checks to suppliers and/or contractors
- Prepares weekly funds monitoring report
- Coordinates with the accountant and auditor matters concerning financial records and compliance requirements
- Prepares clients billing statements Follows up on collection of receivables from clients
- Prepares and maintains accurate records of aging receivables Monitors and ensures the timely payments/ remittances of mandated government transactions such as WTC, EWT, VAT, Income Taxes, SSS, PHIC and HDMF Premiums and loans, the SEC and other compliances due to the government agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of any four (4) year Business course
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
- Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Good influencing and problem-solving skills
- Unquestionable Integrity
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Flexible to work hours in order to complete tasks in a timely manner, when needed Willing and able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team–oriented environment
- Experience in Security and/or Manpower Service Industry is preferred
