- Prepare and process purchase Orders based on approved purchase request
- Perform three-way matching of purchase and request for payment
- Encode receiving of inventory and details in the system
- Effectively and efficiently support the full operation and maintenance of the purchase order system
- Provide timely and accurate management information
- Prepare weekly Inventory reconciliation report
- Perform Monthly physical count
- Previous experience working in a Finance department
- College graduate
- Good communication
