- Oversee petty cash fund, ensuring accurate disbursement, replenishment, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions, including proper expense classification, invoice documentation, and payment filing.
- Prepare and maintain the Accounts Payable aging report to monitor outstanding payables.
- Support vendor master data management, system improvements, and AP process documentation.
