• Associates degree in Finance, Accounting

• Ability to manage many varied tasks at one time
• Has knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, manage multiple deadlines and handle confidential/sensitive information with the utmost professionalism
• Produce accurate work with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Promotes company’s services
• Collects payments of M-Z clients
• Prepares daily remittance summary
• Prepares statement of account due from clients
• Monthly updating of General Journal and Subsidiary Sales books of accounts
• Accommodates walk-in queries and concerns
