● Onboard other clinic staff (if any / if applicable) to the Pettr app, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support.

● Facilitate the transfer of existing patient records into Pettr's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

● Encourage clinic staff and customers to consistently utilize the Pettr app for all transactions.

● Actively promote the Pettr app to clinic customers, encouraging them to download and use it for bookings and other interactions.

● Provide feedback to Pettr on app usability and clinic needs.

● Achieve targets related to EMR upload completion, customer app downloads, and repeat app usage.

● Attend trainings and onboarding sessions, some of which may be held in person in Bonifacio Global City (BGC)

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or sales, ideally within a clinic or healthcare setting.

● Basic technical proficiency and comfort with using mobile applications and computer systems.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly for data entry.

● Proactive and customer-focused with a strong desire to drive app adoption.

● Ability to work independently and manage their time effectively while being based on-site at clinics.
