Description

We are looking for an organized and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies. This role involves coordinating a variety of marketing activities including digital marketing, content creation, event planning, market research, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about marketing.


Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Ensure that campaigns are launched on time and within budget.


Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, edit, and proofread content for marketing materials such as blogs, emails, social media posts, brochures, newsletters, and website content. Work with the design team to ensure content is visually engaging and on-brand.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and update company social media accounts. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, track performance, and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.


Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitors. Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for optimization.


Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and promotional events. Ensure all materials are prepared, vendors are booked, and events run smoothly.


Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns. Manage email lists, create email templates, and track performance metrics like open rates and conversions.


Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Help create sales collateral, presentations, and customer-facing content.


Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, track spending, and ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and ROI.


Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure that all marketing materials and activities are consistent with the company's brand identity, voice, and messaging.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing and social media management is highly preferred.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience with CRM and CMS systems is a plus.


Creative & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and design. Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve marketing efforts.


Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.


Time Management:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Desired Qualifications:


Experience with SEO/SEM:

  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.


Social Media Advertising:

  • Experience with paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Ads.


Event Planning:

  • Prior experience coordinating marketing events, trade shows, or conferences.


Design Skills:

  • Basic design skills with an understanding of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) or familiarity with design platforms (e.g., Canva).
