Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in broiler farming.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of poultry care, feeding, and health management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily farm operations, manage feeding schedules, monitor health, and maintain biosecurity.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in varying weather, manual labor, and long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Hardworking, detail-oriented, ability to work independently and in teams.
