Requirements:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering (Board Passer preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, or building maintenance
• Knows how to inspect, report, and coordinate repairs
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

What You'll Do:

• Inspect and maintain office systems (aircon, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Support office safety compliance, SOPs, and emergency drills
• Conduct routine maintenance and assist with space upgrades
• Work with Admin and other departments to keep facilities efficient
