Description

  • Oversee the cleanliness, repair, and operational readiness of all facilities including the warehouse, office, and plant
  • Coordinate with vendors for utilities, repairs, and general upkeep
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are in place and followed.
  • Manage all security protocols and personnel, ensuring the safety of employees and property
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
  • Implement cost-effective strategies
  • Lead periodic emergency preparedness drills and equipment checks
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all assets and equipment across sites
  • Ensure pantry, office, and plant consumables (example: snacks, cleaning supplies, safety gear) are consistently stocked
  • Oversee management and servicing of office equipment and appliances
  • Coordinate with IT or providers to ensure stable internet connectivity and essential infrastructure
  • Oversee facility operations and maintenance
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
  • Troubleshoot basic operational issues (example: water systems, lighting)
  • Manage service providers for cleaning, security, internet, and other facility related contracts.


Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, or operations management
  • Strong working knowledge of facility systems (example: HVAC, Internet, Plumbing, Security).
  • Experience managing vendors and negotiating service agreements
  • Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot basic connectivity and equipment issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A natural problem-solver with high integrity and ownership
  • Oversee facility operations, manage maintenance and renovation projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate procurement activities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, excellent leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.
