Job Description
- Apply eyelash extensions, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure client safety.
- Perform eyelash extension applications using various techniques.
- Consult with clients to determine desired styles and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
- Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques in eyelash artistry.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in eyelash extension techniques.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and good communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced salon environment, potential for long hours, and client interactions.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, reliable, and customer-focused with a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
