  • 协助社长处理日常事务：安排行程、会议，处理文件，回复邮件等。

  • 提供决策支持：收集整理信息，进行数据分析，提出建议，为社长决策提供参考。

  • 协调各部门工作：沟通协调各部门，确保工作顺利进行。

  • 对外联络：代表社长出席会议、接待访客，维护公司形象。

    • Requirements

  • 沟通能力强：能与不同的人高效沟通，协调各方关系。
  • 组织协调能力强：能有效地规划和安排工作，处理突发事件。
  • 学习能力强：能快速学习新知识，适应不断变化的工作环境。
  • 保密意识强：能妥善处理公司机密信息。
  • 形象气质好：身高160以上，体重50kg以内，30岁以下，能很好的代表会社或社长出面。
