Description
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Conduct research and compile reports for decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the daily operations of the company, particularly towards event management.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Has a bachelor's degree in office administration or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be proficient in MS 365 applications (Office, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Willing to do fieldwork and join travels when necessary.
