Hiring Position: Executive Assistant to the General Manager


General Functions: Under the direction of the General Manager, Executive Assistant perform administrative duties requiring initiative, independence and confidentiality more than one of the areas of office management, customer relations and other specialized service that will be assigned by the Executive and Top Management.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • In charge with the planning and communication on behalf of the General Manager to make sure the executive can concentrate in taking important decisions.
  • Make calls and to keep track the daily schedule and plans the meetings accordingly, keep track on all the legal documents, reports, correspondence, agendas and spreadsheets that the General Manager prepares.
  • Act as liaison officer between the external and internal executives, managers and consultants in coordinating meetings.
  • Responsible in scheduling the travel plans of the General Manager.
  • Participates in tasks, audit activities, close out findings, suggest and implement improvements for Quality and Environmental Management System (ISO 9001 & ISO14001).
  • Performs other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree holder of any related field

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years administrative assistant experience 
  • Demonstrated working with minimal supervision or direction

  • Computer application skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment, organizational skills, with initiative
  • Ability to work independently are especially important for high level of administrative positions.
