核心职责：

1. 负责大型活动的端到端策划与执行;
2. 管理活动全流程：预算制定、供应商谈判、物流协调及现场管理;
3. 领导团队并跨部门协作，有效推广活动并提升参与度;
4. 处理现场突发状况，进行活动后复盘与效益分析;
5. 运用数字工具支持活动内容创作与线上推广;

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events.
2. Manage all event aspects: budgeting, vendor negotiation, logistics, and onsite execution.
3. Lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally to effectively promote events and drive engagement.
4. Troubleshoot onsite issues and conduct post-event evaluation and ROI analysis.
5. Utilize digital tools for content creation and online promotion.

任职要求：

1. 3年以上大型国际性活动全流程管理经验;
2. 出色的预算管理与供应商谈判能力;
3. 强大的组织、多任务处理及问题解决能力;
4. 优秀的沟通协作能力，能承受压力;
5. 熟悉活动营销相关数字工具者优先。

Qualifications:

1. Over 3 years of experience managing full-cycle, large-scale, and international events.
2. Proven expertise in budget management and vendor negotiation.
3. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives under pressure.
5. Proficiency with digital event marketing tools is a plus.
