- Participate in scheduled live streams as part of a group.
- Engage real-time with viewers through interactive conversation, product showcasing, or talent displays (e.g., dance, singing).
- Deliver energetic and polished performances that align with your developed persona and the livestream’s theme.
- Collaborate with operations and styling teams to define your on-stream personality and image.
- Undergo makeup trials, wardrobe selection, and image positioning to ensure visual consistency and brand fit.
- Learn and rehearse performance elements including body movement, facial expressions, camera angles, and rhythm- based actions.
- Develop secondary skills (e.g., dance, singing) to enrich your streaming content and increase viewer engagement.
- Work closely with other streamers to maintain strong group chemistry and coordinated content delivery.
- Provide support during live sessions and adapt in real-time to changing content needs or technical circumstances.
- Participate in a structured 7-day onboarding evaluation to assess suitability for long-term live streaming.
- Cooperate with the operation executive and shooting team to plan and create high-quality content for live and pre- recorded use.
- Contribute creatively to visual storytelling, content planning, and promotional material. Both personal and group accounts.
- Meet performance expectations set by operations and HR teams, including on-camera presence, audience rapport, and professionalism.
- Be prepared to co-host or lead live streams independently, with proficiency in over 10 choreographs and a strong grasp of live room energy management.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager to support team and organizational objectives.
