Job Description
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Teach English language and literature to students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Encourage student participation and facilitate discussions that promote a love for reading and writing.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the instructional environment.
- Stay current with best practices in teaching and English education.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Can handle15 MINUTES demonstration during ONLINE INTERVIEW for teaching 6 years old.
- Working Conditions: Traditional classroom or online teaching environment, flexible hours may apply.
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate about education, excellent communication skills, and a patient demeanor.
- WorkPlace: Willing to be deployed in Changchun China.
