Description
- Oversee daily engineering operations and projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or engineering role.
- Minimum of 5 years in Solutions Architect, Design and Estimation for Security products (Access Control, Biometrics, Turnstiles, RFID, CCTV, Alarm, etc.), with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD software, strong project management abilities, and effective people management skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee engineering projects, manage team performance, and ensure quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits and team meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
