- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct investigations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Provide guidance on employee rights and responsibilities.
- Facilitate training on conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain confidential records and reports related to employee concerns.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee relations or HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in coaching; expertise in performance and process management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, facilitate conflict resolution, and implement leadership development programs.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment, may require occasional travel for training or meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
