RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts evaluation of equipment/ facility cost repairs and maintenance.
• Provide work direction and performs project lead responsibilities for improvement of facilities, including developing logical, efficient projects plans, established priorities, assigning and delegating task, providing guidance to team members, anticipating and avoiding problems, monitoring and managing task completion.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all aspects of the building, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection system, pumps, generators, tanks and packaging
• equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize equipment breakdown, maximize efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards, ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and evaluates preventive maintenance contracts and project bid proposal.
• Recommend project proposals for improvement of facilities to the Immediate Superior.

SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• On site (CBY Head Office)
• Monday to Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm

Requirements:

• Licensed Electrical Engineer
• 2-3 years experience in manufacturing plant and building electrician
