We are looking for a passionate E-commerce Operations Supervisor under Operations Division.

Key Job Accountabilities

1.Leadership: Coordinates and supervises the performance of e-commerce fulfillment partners, ensuring

they provide regular and accurate updates on operations, inventory and other reports.

2.Problem Solving: Possess strong situational assessment and problem-solving skills to address concerns

raised by customers and fulfillment partners.

3.Collaborative: Works effectively with demand planners and e-commerce fulfillment partners to align

process changes, new SKUs, strategic initiatives.

4.Inventory Management: Oversees inventory control processes to ensure timely replenishment, and

efficient order fulfillment process.

5.Process Optimization: Propose, develops and lead teams in identifying ways to enhance processes,

improving overall operations and customer experience.

6.Good Understanding of Performance Metrics: Navigates the key performance indicators to assess and

evaluate ways to improve the existing measures.

7.Review Billing statements and Invoices: Ensures the accuracy of billings from local suppliers to process

timely vendor payments.

8.Provides regular updates to operational stakeholders: Provides timely updates to operational stake

holders (brand, e-commerce team, demand planners) on status of shipments.

Qualifications:

1.At least 5-6 years of experience in supply chain, a focus on health and beauty brands is a plus. At least 2-3

years experience in e-commerce is ideal.

2. Excellent coordination, communication skills, and project management skills

3. Detail oriented and Highly organized

4. Proficient in Excel

5. Has experience in leading a team

6. Can build good working relationships with suppliers
