Description

  • Accurately input customer order data into the e-commerce system.
  • Verify and ensure the correctness of order information before processing.
  • Manage order status from ordering to delivery within the system.
  • Ensure there are no errors in data entry and conduct double-checks.
  • Generate periodic reports related to order data for evaluation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data in accordance with company policies.
