E-Commerce Brand Manager

Job Summary

We’re launching a new pet care brand and we’re looking for a hands-on Brand Manager who can take the lead in bringing it to life. From product positioning to launch execution, you’ll own the full branding and go-to-market strategy. If you’re passionate about pets and know how to build brands that sell online, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the brand identity (logo, tone, packaging direction, storytelling, tagline)
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategy for the brand launch
• Manage landing page setup, social media content, and paid ad creatives (FB, TikTok, IG)
• Work closely with marketing, video editors, and graphic designers
• Oversee product presentation on selling platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop, own site)
• Create and manage brand calendar, campaigns, and promos
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better conversions

• 2+ years experience in brand management, product launch, or e-commerce marketing
• Solid understanding of Philippine e-commerce trends, especially DTC and pet products
• Strong grasp of branding, storytelling, and visual marketing
• Experienced in Facebook Ads, TikTok marketing, and basic landing page structure
• Excellent coordination skills with creatives and product teams
• Passion for pets is a big plus
