Job Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing E-commerce and Warehouse Management (WMS) systems for clients.
• Conduct system setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare documentation, user training, and support after project go-live.
• Work closely with the development and support team to ensure smooth project rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong interest or experience in E-commerce platforms, ERP, or inventory systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new systems.
