About the role

• Supcart Ph' is seeking an E-Commerce (Shopee and Lazada) Officer to join our dynamic sales team.
• This full-time position is based in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and growth on leading e-commerce platforms Shopee and Lazada.

What you'll be doing

• Driving the sales performance of ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok)
• Manage all campaigns such as pay day and double digit sale (10:10, 11:11, 12:12) and the like
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve all online platform sales performance
• Target setting and tracking for each campaign in collaboration with General Manager
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by channel, new product sell-through and offer code performance
• Audits all online platform charges and payment and submits monthly reports on budget monitoring
• Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies to better improve sales performance and achieve KPIs

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year experience in handling Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok shops
• Knowledge in implementing online promotional concepts
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced working environment
• Willing to be assigned in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City
