Location: Philippines (work from home);;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: P23000 per month, will raise it for the government mandated insurance and benefits after 6 months;

We are a leading furniture e-commerce company dedicated to providing high-quality home furnishings and exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly and professional E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team! 


Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats regarding orders, product inquiries, and after-sales support. 

- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds. 

- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions. 

- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. 

- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 

- Maintain customer records and update order statuses in the system. 

- Upsell/cross-sell products when appropriate. 

Requirements

- Fluent in English (both spoken and written). 

- Previous experience in **customer service, e-commerce, or call centers** is a plus. 

- Familiarity with furniture/products is preferred but not required. 

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. 

- Proficient in using CRM systems, live chat, and email support tools. 

- Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude. 

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if needed.
