Job Description
Description
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents and small parcels within the premises of Ultraplas Corporation, a leader in the Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services sector.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information while in transit.
- Assist in sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
- Support various departments by running errands and performing ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Deliver and collect packages, documents, and other items on time.
- Maintain logs and records of deliveries.
- Ensure proper care of packages to prevent damage.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a messenger or related role.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Valid driving license with a good driving record.
- Working Conditions: Job will involve travel and may require working outside regular office hours.
- Qualities and Traits:
- Highly reliable and punctual.
- Excellent navigation and route planning abilities.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
