Description

Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits: Administering compensation plans, benefits programs, and payroll.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing employee growth plans.
Training and Development: Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Policy and Procedure Management: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Data Management: Utilizing HR information systems to track and analyze data.
Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
Timekeeping and Payroll:

Managing and updating employee timekeeping records, including work schedules and leave applications.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with timekeeping policies and procedures.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll management, coaching, and performance management.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with regular interactions with staff and management.
