Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
- Support employee onboarding and training programs.
- Manage employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes.
- Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Contribute to policy development and implementation.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, strong communication and leadership skills, and HR consulting abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: High discretion, adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
