Process and control all project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
Organize and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
Ensure that quality documentation, such as documents, drawings, and incoming and outgoing registers, is maintained.
File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
Review documents, check if they comply with regulations, create revisions, and archive outdated versions
Ensure that all documents comply with industry standards and regulations
Distribute documents to the relevant people, departments, or organizations, and let them know when they need to take action on a document as part of a process

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Preferably RME
At least 1 year related experience in a construction company
He/she should have a basic understanding of construction projects and documentation system
Has good verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up and MS Office applications
Keen to details and able to work under pressure
Willing to work on site and do field works
Decisive and critical thinker.
