- Manage and organize project documents and records.
- Manage document workflows, ensure compliance with company standards, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and quality control processes.
- Facilitate document retrieval and distribution among team members.
- Track document revisions and maintain version control.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation audits.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Document Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in document control or administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in document management software, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with potential overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
