Manage and maintain the department's filing system, both physical and electronic, tools and equipment's, ensuring documents are organized and readily accessible
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Construction team
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, proofreading, and office supply management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an construction environment
Flexible to work schedules & work locations
Must be willing to travel
Willing to work in different campuses if needed
