Description
- Maintain and organize records in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with data entry into electronic filing systems.
- Conduct regular audits of records for accuracy and completeness.
- Support staff with retrieval and filing of documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, data analysis, data entry, analytical skills, time management, discretion, proficiency in MS Office
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
