Position: Dispatcher with Sales Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, call handling, or similar roles
• Strong sales experience, including upselling, objection handling, and closing opportunities
• Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple calls, schedules, and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience handling high call volume and coordinating service schedules
• Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and optimize routing for field technicians
• Familiarity with Housecall Pro or similar CRM/dispatching platforms
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple tools while on calls
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
• Experience in service-based or trade industries (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance, etc.) is an advantage
• Experience with handling US clients
