Job Description
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles or personnel.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle locations and optimize routes for efficiency.
- Handle emergencies and unexpected changes in schedule professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and communications.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in dispatching or logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management, planning, strategic planning, and supply chain management skills. Proficient in inventory and quality management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate transport logistics, manage schedules, monitor inventory levels, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require extended hours and flexible shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
