Description
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all truck schedule related to deliveries to and from the port.
- Requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can multitask, communicate well, and keep operations running smoothly
- Create and manage daily truck schedules and efficiently shuffle truck assignments for both incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Coordinate directly with drivers, truck helpers, and delivery checkers.
- Perform other related tasks necessary for effective dispatch and truck management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in dispatching or logistics coordination, preferably in trucking or port operations
- Proficient or familiar with TABS Booking system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work flexible schedules
