Description
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; assist in food preparation; maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with food prep and kitchen tasks as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong kitchen hygiene practices, effective mise-en-place, ability to lift heavy items, and keen attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; standing for long periods; exposure to heat and water.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, team-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
