Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies.
Lead the national sales team and oversee overall target achievement.
Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Foster long-term business relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Collaborate with the marketing and product divisions to align growth strategies.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Able to develop and implement national and regional sales strategies.
Experienced in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and supporting software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Understanding of market analysis and capable of creating effective sales performance reports.
Able to utilize data to make business decisions based on results and market trends.
Experience in managing sales budgets and accurately conducting forecasting.
Possess a strong leadership spirit, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams.
Able to build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners and key clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – in both Indonesian and English.
Understanding of digital market trends and e-commerce in Indonesia.
