⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

⦁ Master’s degree or advanced certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or CPIM is highly preferred.

⦁ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and warehouse operations.

⦁ At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams and budgets.

⦁ Strong understanding of Philippine supply chain regulations, customs procedures, and import/export compliance.

⦁ Proven experience managing international supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
