Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a multimedia, marketing, or content creation role.

Proven background in producing both digital and print materials from concept to completion.

Experience in website content management (WordPress or similar CMS).

Familiarity with coordinating suppliers, printers, influencers, and partner

organizations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and follow the monthly marketing content calendar with the Marketing Head and other teams.
• Post, schedule, and monitor daily content on social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
• Write clear and engaging copy for posts, newsletters, and campaigns that match the brand’s tone.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Create marketing materials for digital and print such as posters, flyers, menus, social media content, and event materials.
• Take and edit photos and videos suitable for different platforms.
• Coordinate with printers and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Organize and maintain digital marketing files and assets.
• Manage social media pages and online engagement.
• Send bi-weekly email newsletters and SMS campaigns.
• Run paid ads and boosts within approved budgets.
• Update and maintain website content, including blogs, products, and event pages.
• Work with internal teams to gather marketing needs and meet deadlines.
• Track project progress and suggest improvements when needed.
• Coordinate with external partners such as suppliers, influencers, media, and freelancers.
• Ensure all materials meet brand and quality standards.
• Review competitor marketing activities monthly.
• Prepare simple reports with insights, trends, and improvement ideas.
