Job Description

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s online marketing campaigns. The role involves assisting with content creation, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and analytics to strengthen the company’s online presence and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Campaign Support
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, search engines, display ads).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign rollouts.
  1. Content Management
  • Support in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and website.
  • Manage posting schedules and monitor engagement.
  1. Social Media Management
  • Maintain company profiles across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Track and report on performance metrics, engagement, and growth.
  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Ads
  • Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve website traffic.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and monitor results.
  1. Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and social media insights.
  • Prepare regular reports with key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  1. Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Assist in researching industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital tools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related role (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
