Job Description
我們正在尋找一位 技術作家，須具備深厚的 DevOps 專業知識，負責記錄 CI/CD 管線、基礎架構及營運最佳實踐。此職位將與 DevOps 工程師密切合作，以產出高品質的內部及外部文件，涵蓋我們的雲端環境與部署流程。
主要職責
- 撰寫清晰的 CI/CD 管線、容器化與編排流程文件
- 編寫針對雲端基礎架構（Azure、AWS、GCP）部署與管理的指南及標準作業程序 (SOP)
- 記錄自動化、監控與基礎架構即程式碼 (Terraform、Ansible 等)
- 為 DevOps 流程製作故障排除指南、架構圖與運維手冊
- 確保文件符合安全與合規性最佳實踐
必要技能與經驗
- 具備深厚的 DevOps 實務經驗及雲端基礎架構背景
- 熟悉操作 Docker、Kubernetes 及各類 CI/CD 工具
- 能將技術概念轉化為淺顯易懂內容的優秀能力
- 具備與工程師及營運團隊協作的實際經驗
加分項目
- 在生產環境中支援 AI/ML 工作流程的經驗
- 了解雲端環境的安全最佳實踐
- 具備出色的問題解決及批判性思考能力
