• Cloud-Native and DevOps System Architecture: Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing a Kubernetes-based container platform and CI/CD pipelines to enhance product delivery efficiency and quality.
• Automation Operations Platform Development: Lead or play a core role in the front-end and back-end design, development, and iteration of the internal automation operations platform, implementing Infrastructure as Code and automated operational workflows.
• High Availability and Monitoring Assurance: Build and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system SLAs; develop and execute disaster recovery, incident response, and security policies to meet Level-3 compliance requirements.
• Hybrid Cloud/Public Cloud Management: Manage cloud resources on Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and others, including planning, operations, and cost optimization for networking, compute, storage, and middleware services.
• Technical Support and Optimization: Provide foundational technical support and performance tuning solutions to development teams, resolving complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Python and Shell scripting with strong coding abilities.
• Experienced with Django/DRF backend frameworks and Vue front-end framework, with full-stack development experience.
• In-depth understanding of MySQL, Redis, and other databases, with the ability to perform performance optimization.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerization, familiar with microservices governance.
• Expertise in Jenkins, GitLab, and related tools, capable of independently designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Linux operating systems with strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP or ITIL are a plus.
• Familiarity with network security, bastion hosts, Active Directory domain controllers, VMware virtualization, etc., is preferred.
• Experience with automation configuration management tools like Ansible or SaltStack is preferred.
