We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Deputy Manager to lead and optimize our operations team. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery, fostering team development, and driving continuous improvement within our organization. As a Deputy Manager – Operations, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, human resources, and customer service, to implement strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding and developing a high-performing team, addressing operational challenges, and driving the execution of key business objectives.


  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client expectations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies to achieve operational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Collaborate with the compliance department to address issues, investigate complaints, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Disciplinary Oversight: Handle and review disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in operations within a BPO setting.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in managing insurance programs is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
