Description
- Assist the Inventory Head in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure product availability without overstocking.
- Participating in or leading routine physical counts and resolving any variances.
- Support the Inventory Head in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound and Supplies Department to manage inventory flow.
- Track inventory performance metrics such as stock turnover, shrinkage, and order accuracy.
- Supervise and train warehouse/inventory staff as needed.
- Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
