Job Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for planning database architecture, capacity planning, and system optimization;

2. Establish and maintain high availability clusters and monitoring and backup recovery mechanisms to improve service operation quality;

3. Performance analysis and optimization of online production databases, troubleshooting, ensuring stable database operation and data security;

4. Database auditing and management of database user permissions;

5. Responsible for writing, reviewing, and optimizing SQL statements for the database, developing database development specification documents, and deeply resolving issues related to product operational efficiency, data storage models, and read/write efficiency;

6. In-depth research on database-related technologies;

Job Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of practical experience as a MySQL DBA, with preference given to candidates from the blockchain and financial industries;

2. Familiarity with common MySQL storage engines as well as optimization strategies, operational mechanisms, and system architecture;

3. Knowledge of MySQL performance optimization and SQL programming tuning techniques, with in-depth research on database architecture and principles;

4. Familiarity with MySQL backup and recovery, as well as high availability solutions for MySQL;

5. Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems, with knowledge of one or more scripting languages, such as Perl, Shell, or Python;

6. Familiarity with mainstream database capacity planning and sharding techniques, with experience in database design and cluster operation maintenance preferred;

7. Good team spirit, ability to work collaboratively with the team, strong stress resistance, passion for work, and a strong sense of responsibility;
