Description

  • The position will be under purchasing department.
  • Enter data into a database or computer system like purchase order, sales invoice and etc.
  • Compare data to source documents to check for errors.
  • Update records, create new records, and delete obsolete ones.
  • Organize and maintain files and databases.
  • Follow company policies to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Identify and report data-related issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Respond to data inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • College Graduate
  • With at least 1year Experience in Product Encoding
  • With at least 40 WPM
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency with data entry tools
  • Knowledge of formulas in Excel
  • Knowledgeable in using AIMS is a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned at Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City
