Description
- Accurately input and maintain data in databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for quality and completeness.
- Ensure timely processing of data entries.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance data management practices.
- Perform regular data backups and assess data security.
- Assist in generating reports and data summaries as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Educational degree not required, but familiarity with data management is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in data encoding or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in data entry, typing speed of 60+ WPM, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of database software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Inputting, updating, and managing data; ensuring accuracy and security of information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, flexible hours may apply, typically involves sitting for prolonged periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, ability to focus, proactive attitude, and good communication skills.
