- The role involves handling sensitive customer information, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the administrative functions of the team.
- This position plays a key role in ensuring that all customer data is complete, accurate, and readily available for business operations.
- Verify and cross-check customer data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, or admin teams to gather missing or corrected information.
- Follow company protocols for data entry and updates.
